Wheat harvesters finally had some time in the field this week and the crop was worth the wait. Reports of yields are coming in running from the 80s to over 90 bushel per acre. Hay balers were also able to get over some acres and make some stacks. The early corn is starting to pollinate in perfect weather for the stage. Across the fence row, bean fields are growing fast in this weather. With the exception for the drowned-out holes, both crops are looking to have some great potential thus far.
