A University of Illinois research team is conducting focus groups to hear what Illinois farmers think health care providers need to know about farming and agriculture in order to serve patients and clients who are farmers.

Farmers who participate must be age 18 or older, live in Illinois, self-identify as a farmer and be able to participate using a computer and Zoom. Participants are asked to attend two focus groups and will be compensated $50 for each focus group in which they participate. Findings from the research will be kept confidential and used to improve program and resource offerings from Illinois Extension.
